    A varied menu which changes all the time.

    It follows seasonality and makes good use of the wealth of products offered by the Argentario sea. Simple cuisine with a few ingredients that do not conceal the taste of fresh fish.

    Our specialities include a wide selection of crudité, raw and cooked prawns combined with seasonal vegetables; smoked fusilli pasta with cacio cheese and fish roe; mullet stuffed with prawns and pistachios. But there is also our “Chef’s choice” tasting menu. This is a five course meal, including starters, first courses, second courses and dessert, selected by the Chef according to the products of the day.
    Fish is the key ingredient on our table but there is always also a meat dish on the menu, to satisfy all tastes.
